Interview days on site at Premier Group offices – We have interview suites available in all four of our offices allowing clients to conduct interviews away from prying eyes.

Technical Testing – We have access to a range of over 350 technical tests which we can administer before a CV even lands on your desk, this is a huge time saver for hiring managers.

Candidate evenings – All of our offices have break out areas with pool tables and bars, if you are looking for an informal evening meeting candidates or if you are a hiring manager wanting to discuss vacancies then pop along and see them in action.

Referral Network – Last year we gave out on average eighteen iPad’s a month to our candidate network who referred other candidates to the business that we subsequently placed.  Good people know good people.

Hospitality – We like to get to know our clients, your culture fit, your personality.  There is no better way to do this than to get you and your team out of the office and out with our team! From tickets to Arsenal, Ping Pong evenings, wine tasting, we do the lot!

Referencing – We provide a fully outsourced reference checking service on request, this can include financial and criminal checks.  All part of the service and included in our pricing structure.  Ask for more information.
