All of our new starters are put through their paces with our intense IMPACT Training Program that provides you with the key skills and experience to build a reputable name for yourselves in the industry as well as making yourself a key revenue generator.
IMPACT is delivered over a 4 month period and involves both classroom based learning as well as on the job. Our dedicated Learning and Development Manager will support you throughout your training to ensure that you are given the tools needed to understand the full recruitment life cycle as well as a thorough knowledge of the market place that you work in.
Nobody becomes a recruitment genius in 4 months though! Our training does not end there – we hold regular training sessions with consultants, managers and directors to help keep your skill set sharp and keep you ahead of the competition. We also run office training sessions each week which experienced consultants can choose to attend or not attend.
When you climb the ranks at Premier you will then be exposed to our Management Training Program. Specifically designed to help you bridge the transition from becoming a hands on biller to developing and building a team of your own.
As Premier are an APSCo registered agency we also invest in external training courses supported by APSCo to help develop and build on our own internal training scheme.
